They installed my brothers carpet prior at his home, so we purchased the same carpet. It looked nice but the next time we went over to my brothers house it was very visible that their carpet was much softer. Called the store and they offered no help or sympathy. Wanted to continue this carpet into our bedrooms after the holidays but will not be purchasing carpet from this store any longer.
