  My wife & I went to Florida Tile (upon the rec of our contractor, @ Dayton Home Remodeling) to seek tile options for our bathroom remodel project. We were assisted by Rachel Lochtefeld, & after several visits, she was able to assist us with four (4) different tiles. Rachel was wonderful to work with, she was patient, personable, professional, & guided us with which tiles would work best for our application. Rachel really seemed to enjoy helping people. We would without hesitation recommend Florida Tile but even more importantly, we suggest you work with Rachel. By the way, our new bathroom tile looks fantastic!

  First time I went to get materials to buy a bed pan it went smooth and they had what I needed. So I recommend the place to my customer and from then on it was an awful experience, I had Molly Orendorf, and she must have had a case of the mondays because she was awful, she came off like she had an attitude, gave me a hard time for not being a member or regular but never guided me or offered me how to become a member, she didnt help at all with the customer and picking things out, and she did horrible job on ordering materials and didnt call me when stuff did arrive, she forgot my bullnose(trim) and blamed it on the computer, I had to make multiple trips from yellow springs to Miamisburg and when I complained about that they just told me how they had people who driver further than that.... not what I wanted to hear, I shouldnt have to make so many trips for one order. When I would walk in the back to desk people wouldnt greet me they would be to busy kicked back on cell phones. Spent alot of money and will never go back.
