  Not once has anyone behind the counter smiled or said hello when I've come in or rang out and I've lived in the area for a few years. My coffee spilled a little on the counter once and I was trying to clean it up as fast as I could and the lady did absolutely nothing to help me, she just stared at me and told the customers behind me, "it's gonna be a minute she's cleaning up her mess" with her arms folded over her chest. After I cleaned it up, I asked her for a rag bc spills can still be sticky, she rolled her eyes and went over to the drink fountain, got a rag, came back used her elbow to push me to the side and told me she would take it from there. Last time I ever went there.
